CountdownEvents is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
All data — including event names, dates, photos, and customization settings — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. There are no third-party SDKs in the app.
If you add a photo to an event, it is stored locally on your device. Photos are never uploaded or shared unless you explicitly use the share feature to send an event to someone.
When you share an event via a .countdown file, the recipient receives only the event data you created (title, date, customizations, and photo if included). This is a direct peer-to-peer transfer — no data passes through our servers.
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device using iOS notification services. No notification data is sent externally.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not require any personal information to function.
If we update this policy, changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
